1. What we collect
- Details you give us in forms: name, phone number, email, the cover you are interested in, ages of people to be insured, policy or claim numbers and your message.
- For job applications: your CV and the details in it.
- When we arrange or service a policy: the information the insurer needs, which can include health, vehicle, property or business details.
- Basic technical data your browser sends (such as IP address and device type), used to run and secure the website.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, call you back and prepare quotes.
- To place, renew and service your insurance, and to help with claims.
- To meet legal and regulatory duties as an IRDAI-licensed broker, including record keeping and KYC.
- To consider job applications.
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, or where the law allows it for these purposes. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything already done.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs), surveyors and service providers who help us run our business (for example IT and hosting). We do not sell your data. We may disclose data where required by law or by a regulator such as IRDAI.
4. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for the period required by insurance regulations, then delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance about how we handle your data.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be used to keep the site secure.
